Why are they created this sign? Like other car sign e.g. 'Baby on Board' is created to act as a reminder or exercise additional care to other drivers that they shared the roads with vehicles carrying children. It is some sort of a Safety First product in creating awareness of child safety.
What about this one? Some say for humor.. As for me, it is an expression of myself on how much i love cats. Purrr...
